屈指算来,我们站在三尺讲台上已经近十四年了,在这近十四年中,和其他老师一样,一直在尝试着对后进学生进行各种各样的转化工作。一路走来,有经验也有不足,但更多的是迷茫。一、转变教育思想,走出片面评价学生的误区一直以来,我以为转化后三分之一学生,就是要以分数来论英雄。看了《李镇西老师和万同的故事》,又听了校长的解疑,我才深刻地认识到转化后三分之一学生不应仅仅把目光放在孩子的学习成绩上,对于一些智力上确实存在差异的学生,单看成绩恐怕永远不会让老师和家长们满意,同时仅用学习成绩来评价孩子的努力结果,更是不公平的。
