煤炭产业是我国国民经济的支柱,随着社会主义市场经济体制在我国的逐步确立,煤炭企业的转型更是受到了社会各界的广泛关注。而该类企业能否成功应对市场经济的激烈竞争,关键在于经营管理的水平。笔者从分析现阶段煤炭类企业的经营管理现状入手,有针对性地提出优化经营管理的途径。 The coal industry is the pillar of China’s national economy.
