知识经济时代下,人才成为了竞争的焦点所在,而对于我国事业单位而言,基层人力资源管理的重要性逐渐凸显,为了确保事业单位的稳健发展,事业单位要在提高对人力资源管理工作重视程度的基础上,结合目前自身在人力资源管理中所呈现出的问题进行妥善解决,以通过对基层人力资源的优化配置来充分发挥出自身的服务功能。本文首先阐述了当前事业单位基层人力资源管理现状,其次为如何完善落实基层人力资源管理工作提出了对策。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, talent has become the focus of competition, but for our public institutions, the importance of grassroots human resources management gradually highlights. In order to ensure the sound development of public institutions, public institutions should pay more attention to human resources management On the basis of the existing problems in the human resources management, we should properly solve the problems presented by ourselves so as to give full play to our own service functions through optimizing the allocation of grassroots human resources. This paper firstly elaborates the status quo of grassroots human resources management in the current public institutions, and secondly, it puts forward some countermeasures for how to perfect and implement grassroots human resources management.
