子宫肌瘤是妇女最常见的良性肿瘤,好发于中年妇女,发病率为35%～45%,近几年,由于晚婚、晚育,高龄孕产妇的增多,B超技术的提高,剖宫产率的上升及术中发现子宫肌瘤也日益增多。我院于2002年1月至2009年8月共有60例孕妇剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,现分析如下。
