苏里格气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地的西北部,地表主要为碱滩、沙漠和草地。而其“低渗、低压、低丰度”的气藏特征、3500多米的深度钻井以及地面工程的复杂性,无一不是制约苏里格气田效益有效开发的瓶颈。除此以外,苏里格气田的大多数每成本超过1200万,而日平均产量仅不到一万立方米,按此标准计算,只有总产量在1500万立方米以上才能达到收支平衡。因此,提高苏里格气田的采气效率迫在眉睫,方式方法便是完成创新能力的提高和成本的优化两大突破。
Sulige gas field is located in the northwestern Ordos Basin, the surface is mainly alkaline beach, desert and grassland. However, the characteristics of gas reservoirs with “low permeability, low pressure and low abundance”, depth drilling of more than 3,500 meters and the complexity of ground engineering are the bottlenecks restricting the effective development of the Sulige gas field. In addition, most of the Sulige gas fields cost more than 12 million yuan per day, while the average daily output is less than 10,000 cubic meters. According to this standard, only the total output of more than 15 million cubic meters can reach the balance of payments. Therefore, to raise the gas recovery efficiency of the Sulige gas field is imminent. The way and method are to complete two major breakthroughs in improving the innovation ability and optimizing the cost.
