用乙醇超声波提取法制备了新疆10种植物提取物,在室内分别测定了它对棉蚜的毒力。结果表明,采用24h处理,假木贼等6种植物均表现出较高的杀蚜活性,校正死亡率大于90%;48h处理,棉蚜对无叶假木贼等7种材料的校正死亡率大于98%,且无叶假木贼、番茄、假木贼、辣椒、荨麻、盐角草、马齿苋的LC50均小于20mg/L,表现出很强的杀虫活性。数据表明10种植物的提取物对棉蚜的作用速度有一定的差异,棉蚜对各提取物浓度变化的敏感性各不相同,综合考虑,开发植物源杀虫剂的最佳植物是番茄和辣椒。
Ten kinds of plant extracts were prepared by ultrasonic extraction from ethanol in Xinjiang, and their toxicity to Aphis gossypii was determined indoors. The results showed that 6 kinds of plants such as Hyphaema arborescens showed higher aphid-killing activity and the corrected mortality rate was more than 90% after 24h treatment. The data showed that the effects of 10 plant extracts on cotton aphid were different, and the sensitivity of cotton aphids to the concentration of each extract was different. Considering all the above, the best plants for developing botanical insecticides were tomato and chili.
