采用紫外分光光度法研究了 Mo( )与维脑路通配合物的形成条件及反应机理。在 HAc- NH4 Ac缓冲溶液 (p H=3.50 )中 ,维脑路通与 Mo( )以 2∶ 1进行配位 ,表观形成常数为 1.6× 10 8。
The formation conditions and reaction mechanism of Mo (superscript +) and Venoruton are studied by UV spectrophotometry. In HAc-NH4 Ac buffer solution (p H = 3.50), Venoruton coordinated with Mo (superscript 2 +) at 2: 1 with an apparent formation constant of 1.6 × 10 8.
