目的观察中西医结合治疗肛肠术后瘙痒的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年2月收治的肛肠术后瘙痒患者86例为研究对象,将其简单随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组肛肠术后瘙痒患者单纯使用西医治疗,观察组患者采用中西医结合治疗,对比2组肛肠术后瘙痒患者治疗后的总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为90.70%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肛肠术后瘙痒患者,中西医结合治疗后效果较为显著,对患者生活质量的提高具有重大意义。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of itching after anorectal surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients with anorectal surgery and pruritus who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group. Control group anorectal surgery patients with purely Western use of Western medicine treatment, the observation group of patients with Integrative Medicine treatment, the two groups were treated with itch after the total effective rate of itching. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.09%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For the patients with itching after anorectal surgery, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine after treatment is significant, and it is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
