患者 男 ,1 2岁 ,因左眼眶外伤术后左眼睑眶下缘包块来诊。患者从 2ｍ高围墙上摔下 ,头面部碰至竹篱笆上 ,左侧面颊和左眼下眶缘下 8ｍｍ各有一个长 1 0ｍｍ的挫裂伤口。在他院急行清创缝合术 ,诉术中未发现伤口内有异物 ,左侧面颊和左眼下眶缘下伤口 1周左右愈合。术后 1 0ｄ
Male patient, 12 years old, left orbital trauma due to left orbital margin of the lower edge of the mass to the diagnosis.
