随着集团公司估摸的不断扩张、多元化程度的不断提高,如果母公司不能对下属成员公司进行有效的控制,必将对集团公司的发展带来障碍。站在财务管控的角度,如果集团公司财务管控不能及时更新观念、加强财务监管力度将导致集团效应无法正常发挥、管理效率低下、资源配置的合理性降低、集团内部信息缺乏等问题。本文将针对我国集团公司财务集中管控中的问题进行研究,并找出改善集团公司财务集中管控的主要措施。
With the constant expansion of the group companies and the continuous improvement of diversification, if the parent company can not effectively control the subordinate member companies, it will surely bring obstacles to the development of the group companies. From the perspective of financial management and control, if the financial management and control of the group company fail to update their concepts in time, strengthening financial supervision will lead to problems such as the ineffective performance of the group, inefficient management, lower rationality of resource allocation and lack of information within the group. This article will focus on the problems of centralized management and control of the financial affairs of the group companies in our country, and find out the main measures to improve the centralized management and control of the financial affairs of the group companies.
