21名健康育龄妇女注射复方庚炔诺酮一年,在注射前及注射后的第1、3、6、12周期和停药后1或2个周期测定 SGPT、γ-GT 的水平,并有20名妇女作为平行对照,比较研究该针剂对肝脏有无影响。结果表明使用复方庚炔诺酮针剂一年对血清 SGPT、γ-GT 的水平,无明显影响。
Twenty-one healthy women of childbearing age were injected with norethylgrenone for one year. The levels of SGPT and γ-GT were measured before and at the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th cycles after injection and 1 or 2 cycles after stopping Twenty women as a parallel control, a comparative study of the injection on the liver have no effect. The results show that the use of compound norethisterone injection for one year on serum levels of SGPT, γ-GT, no significant effect.
