住房城乡建设部办公厅日前发出通知,决定今年在全国开展建设工程质量安全监督执法检查,以进一步促进工程建设各方主体增强质量安全意识,落实质量安全责任,强化责任追究,确保工程质量安全。此次检查的范围将主要涵盖在建住宅工程和公共建筑工程,其中住宅工程以保障性安居工程为主。检查内容主要包括以下三方面:一是各地贯彻落实《建设工程质量管理条例》、《建设工程勘察设计管理条例》、《建设工程安全生产管理条例》等法
Recently, the General Office of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Ministry of Housing issued a circular and decided to carry out inspection of construction quality and safety supervision and law enforcement nationwide this year so as to further promote the awareness of quality and safety of all parties involved in the construction of the project, fulfill the responsibility of quality and safety, strengthen accountability and ensure project quality and safety. The scope of this inspection will mainly cover the construction of residential projects and public works projects, of which residential projects with affordable housing-based projects. Inspection mainly includes the following three aspects: First, throughout the implementation of “Construction Project Quality Management Ordinance”, “Construction Engineering Investigation and Design Regulations”, “Construction Project Safety Production Management Ordinance” and other laws
