Heymanax等从印度的药用灌木卫矛科(希藤科)的Salacia prinoides (DeCondolle)的根皮中曾经分离得二种结晶成分,名为化合物A和B,其分子式分别为C_(30)H_(48)O_3及C_(30)H_(46)O_3,初步化学降解研究的结果证明两者均含处于六元碳环上的—CO—CH_2—CO—系统,化合物A的第三个氧原子成另一酮基,而化合物B的第三个氧原子刖成为环醚,除此之外两者均不含不饱和键或其他官能团。本文报告化合物B进一步降解的结果并记载化合物A的一些对应衍生物。
Heymanax et al. Isolated two kinds of crystal components from the root bark of Salacia prinoides (DeCondolle) of the medicinal shrub Celulaceae (Hytera) from India. They are named compounds A and B, and their molecular formulas are C_ (30) H_ (48) O_3 and C_ (30) H_ (46) O_3. The results of the preliminary chemical degradation study show that both of them contain the -CO-CH_2-CO- system on the 6-membered carbocyclic ring, and the third oxygen atom Into another keto group while the third oxygen atom of the compound B is a cyclic ether, both of which are free of unsaturated bonds or other functional groups. This paper reports the results of further degradation of Compound B and describes some of the corresponding derivatives of Compound A.
