本文就同轴电缆中,0.25mm 厚紫铜带外导体的焊接,进行了可焊性分析,选用了低频脉冲钨极氩弧焊方法。进行了大量焊接工艺研究,成功的控制了焊缝成形,并获得了优质焊接接头,满足了产品的技术要求。文中分析了0.25mm 厚紫铜带焊接,控制焊缝端部成形及焊接接头性能的关键。特别指出了应注意夹具的散热作用。还提出了 ZXG—120为整流焊机,获得矩形脉冲电流波形的方法。
