一、前言200升钢桶是我国石油、粮食、化工、林业系统中应用广泛的金属包装容器。它常作为我国石油、化工原料外贸出口的大型装载包装容器。200升普通钢桶耐腐蚀性能差,严重影响乳剂农药、松节油的出口任务。近年,浙江化工研究所研制的聚氟乙烯涂料是一种耐腐蚀性能十分良好的新型包装护面材料。江西乐丰金属容器厂应用聚氟乙烯静电喷涂技术,用上钢三厂的200升油桶专用钢板,成功地生产出200升聚氟乙烯涂层钢桶,解决了出口产品包装质量问题,开创了外销产品包装的有利前景。二、200升聚氟乙烯涂层钢桶生产工艺200升聚氟乙烯涂层钢桶的生产工艺流程见图1。
