热管的工质灌注和抽真空除杂是热管制作中的关键步骤,决定了热管的工作质量和使用寿命,而工质灌注和抽真空除杂过程是重点难点,难以很好的控制,易受环境因素影响,比如温度等。而且热管中会存在不凝性气体,会严重影响热管的正常工作,实验证明,1%的空气含量就会使热管放热系数降低55%之多。而不凝性气体主要来源是热管灌注过程中存在的问题,因此找到一种较好的热管工质灌注系统很有必要。本文提出一种新的热管抽真空灌注系统。

However, the main source of non-condensable gas is the problem existing in the process of heat pipe perfusion. Therefore, it is necessary to find a better system for perfusion of heat pipe. This paper presents a new heat pipe vacuum pumping system.
