在铁基粉末冶金中,采取铁磷合金化,是改善和提高铁基粉末冶金制品的强度和韧性的有效方法之一。研究铁磷合金的组织与性能,对于制定铁磷合金的最佳工艺、获得更高的综合性能以及铁磷合金的推广应用,都将具有重要的指导作用。 本文列举了不同成份的Fe-P二元系及Fe-P-C三元系合金所具有的优越性能,并以金相方法配合显微硬度的测定,着重研究了不同烧结及冷却条件下的组织和性能变化,并对强化机理进行了探讨。
In iron-based powder metallurgy, the adoption of iron-phosphorus alloying is one of the effective ways to improve and enhance the strength and toughness of iron-based powder metallurgy products. Studying the microstructure and properties of Fe-P alloy will play an important guiding role in the process of formulating the optimum process of Fe-P alloy, obtaining higher comprehensive properties and promoting the application of Fe-P alloy. In this paper, the superior properties of Fe-P binary systems and Fe-PC ternary alloys with different compositions are listed. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-P ternary alloys with different compositions and sintering conditions Performance changes, and to strengthen the mechanism were discussed.
