对Sol- Gel 浸涂液稳定性的研究表明: 在酸催化条件下, 加水量对醇盐水解缩聚产物的结构有重要影响, 随R ( H2O/TEOS) 值增加, 浸涂液的稳定性提高, R≥15 的SiO2 质浸涂液更适合工业化的生产。在浸涂液中加入一定量的干燥控制化学剂(DCCA) 后, TiO2 及TiO2 - SiO2 质浸涂液非常稳定。
The study on the stability of Sol-Gel dip coating solution shows that under the acid catalysis condition, the amount of added water has an important influence on the structure of alkoxide hydrolysis and polycondensation product. With the increase of R (H2O / TEOS), the stability of dip coating solution is improved , R≥15 SiO2 dipping solution is more suitable for industrial production. The TiO2 and TiO2 - SiO2 dipping solution is very stable after adding a certain amount of DCCA in the dip coating solution.
