神经胶质细胞是神经组织内除神经元外的另一大类细胞,它们参与神经元的活动,对神经元有极为密切的相互关系,但至今对其精确的功能尚未有更深入的了解,利用组织培养方法研究胶质细胞的形态和功能,比之用一般组织学技术优越,不仅因它能示范细胞胞体和突起的结构,而且更重要的是能更好地控制细胞及其液体环境,有利于探讨胶质细胞的生物学特性和功能。纯粹培养神经胶质细胞的工作,国内未见有报导。本文仅就培养成功胶质细胞,报导其形态学的观察,并为鉴别离体培养的神经细胞和胶质细胞提供一定的资料。
Glial cells are another kind of neurons except neurons. They participate in the activities of neurons and have very close relationship with neurons. However, up to now, they have not got a deeper understanding of their exact functions. The use of tissue culture methods to study the morphology and function of glial cells is superior to that of general histology techniques not only because of its ability to demonstrate the structure of cell somatic and protuberant cells but, more importantly, to better control cells and their fluid environment, It is helpful to explore the biological characteristics and functions of glial cells. Pure culture of glial cells, no domestic reports. This article only on the successful cultivation of glial cells, reported the morphological observation, and to identify in vitro cultured neurons and glial cells to provide some information.
