目的探讨长春花悬浮细胞培养体系生物转化生成大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的基本条件。方法长春花细胞在6,7-V液体培养基中悬浮培养一段时间后,将大黄素投入培养基中进行生物转化,测定大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量和大黄素的转化率。结果大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量占细胞干重的0.31%,大黄素转化率为46.58%。结论以长春花悬浮细胞为生物转化体系,可获得长春花属植物所不具有的大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷。
Objective To investigate the basic conditions for the bioconversion of Catharanthus roseus suspension cell culture system to emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside. Methods After being cultured in suspension in 6, 7-V liquid medium for a period of time, the cells were transformed into euphorine for biotransformation, and the contents of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside and emodin Conversion rate. Results The content of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside accounted for 0.31% of the cell dry weight, and the emodin conversion was 46.58%. Conclusions The emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside can not be obtained from Catharanthus roseus cell by using the cell suspension of Catharanthus roseus as biotransformation system.
