对在学生教育管理中师生进行有效沟通的策略展开研究对促进学生整体素质的提升具有不可忽视的作用,但是现阶段针对相关方面问题的研究还存在着许多的不足,因此,开展相关方面的研究是本文研究的重点内容。
The research on the strategy of effective communication between teachers and students in student education management plays an important role in promoting the improvement of students’ overall quality. However, there are still many deficiencies in the research of related aspects at this stage. Therefore, Research is the focus of this paper.
