1临床资料患者男,37岁。颜面部、耳廓出现色素脱失斑18年,左侧耳廓出现菜花状增生物10余年。18年前,无明显诱因患者双侧面颊部出现多个片状红斑,逐渐增多,累及头皮和双侧耳廓,且日晒后加重;10年前,患者左侧耳廓出现鹅蛋大肿块,中央破溃,无自觉症状。家族中无类似患者。既往体健。体检:系统检查未见异常,全身浅表淋巴结未及肿大。皮肤科情况:面颊、
