金鸡虎补丸由金狗脊、鸡血藤、牛大力、桑寄生、虎骨、金樱子、凤凰草、千斤拔、红枣、黑老虎等中药组成。临床证明具有补气补血、舒筋活络、健肾固精之功效。常用于治疗水气凝滞、四肢麻痹、腰膝酸痛、夜多小便、梦泄遗精等虚证。为探讨该药对机体免疫功能的影响,我们采用单向免疫扩散法测定金鸡虎补丸对阳虚小鼠血清IgG含量的影响。实验结果表明金鸡虎补丸能提高阳虚小鼠血清IgG的含量,为临床用药提供依据。一、材料 1.实验动物:JCR纯种小白鼠(本所动物房提供)。 2.药物及制备方法:取金鸡虎补丸药粉用50％乙醇回流1小时,过滤,滤渣再加入50％乙醇回流半小时,过滤,合并滤液,挥尽乙醇,浓缩,配制药液,每ml含原药粉1.2克。
Jinjihubu Pills are made up of Chinese herbal medicines such as Jinjiuji, Millettia, Niu Dali, Mulberry, Tiger bones, Rosa laevigata, Phoenix grass, Qianjinpu, red dates and black tigers. To explore the effect of the drug on immune function, we used one-way immunodiffusion method to determine the effect of Jinjihubu pill on serum IgG level in Yang deficiency mice. The experimental results show that Jinjihubu pill can improve the serum IgG level of Yang deficiency mice and provide basis for clinical drug use. I. Materials 1.
