某型发动机火焰筒由6段呈S型、锥度型面组成的环形件,小端直径φ338.7,大端直径φ427.4,高度154.9,沿型面壁厚1.2±0.05,且6段型面带有宽2.1深7的环槽,在6段环槽底部分布2000余个直径为φ1.0~φ1.6、位置度φ0.3、角度不同的小孔。本文针对零件工艺路线、切削参数、加工方法等方面进行分析及试验研究,制定合理的工艺路线,为其它类似薄壁环形火焰筒的加工提供可借鉴的工艺方法。
