在第一讲中我们已经指出,战后由于第三次科技革命的兴起推动了资本主义生产力的迅速发展。这种生产力的发展必然引起生产关系的相应变化。而在生产关系的一系列的变化中,最引人注目的就是国家垄断资本主义的发展。
In the first lecture, we have already pointed out that the postwar rapid development of capitalist productivity has been promoted by the rise of the third scientific and technological revolution. This development of productive forces inevitably causes a corresponding change in the relations of production. In the series of changes in the relations of production, the most remarkable thing is the development of state monopoly capitalism.
