多孔固体催化剂的有效系数是催化剂工程设计中的一个重要参数。本文利用等效温度法获得了球形催化剂有效系数的近似解析表达式。等效温度法引入了等效温度的概念,将在T_0温度下所发生的等温n 级反应等效为Te 温度下的等温一级反应,从而使计算过程简化,进而求得有效系数η和Thiele 模数之间的关系。利用等效温度法所得到的计算结果,在大多数情况下误差小于2%。而且,当Thiele 模数在较宽的范围内变化时,利用本文所提出的解析表达式来求解催化剂的有效系数均可获得满意的结果。
The effective coefficient of porous solid catalyst is an important parameter in catalyst engineering design. In this paper, the equivalent analytical expression of the effective coefficient of spherical catalyst was obtained by the equivalent temperature method.
