管理者能力的高低,对保证组织目标的实现和管理效能的提高,起着决定性的作用。因此,对于管理者的通用素质模型进行探讨显得很有必要。本文以“素质研究之父”麦克利兰教授的素质词典为模版对管理类的通用素质模型进行探讨,认为对于管理者来说最应当具备的素质包括:影响力、适应力、成就导向、沟通力、培养人才和自信等。
The level of managers’ ability plays a decisive role in ensuring the realization of organizational goals and the improvement of management effectiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the managers’ general quality model. This dissertation explores the general quality model of management class by using the quality dictionary of “the father of quality research” and Professor McClellan as a template, and considers that the most suitable qualities for managers include: influence, adaptability, achievement orientation , Communication skills, personnel training and self-confidence.
