“茶馆式”教学就是让学生先读,先练,先议,而让教师的讲解建立在学生学的基础上的。这种教学的模式精髓就是“以学定教”。“以学定教,先学后教”能真正落实学生的主体地位,让学生去自学、去尝试、去探究、去发现、去解决。教师适时提问、点拨、启发、诱导。“以学定教”要求教师们能站在学生学习角度施教。使教师的教学顺应学生的发展需求,符合学生的成长规律。学和教应该是相互渗透,相辅相成的。
