目的探讨加味温胆汤对衰老的作用机理。方法采用D-半乳糖大鼠亚急性衰老模型,观察加味温胆汤抗衰老的作用。大鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖(48mg/Kg)连续40d可使其脑组织MAO活性升高(P<0.05),肝脏LPF含量升高(P<0.05),而其血中GSH-Px活性降低(P<0.01)。在注射D-半乳糖同时灌胃加味温胆汤(φ(生药)=18.5g/kg),可抑制模型动物肝LPF含量的升高(P<0.05)和脑MAO活性的升高(P<0.01),提高血中GSH-Px活性(P<0.01)。提示加味温胆汤具有抗衰老的作用,其作用机理可能与其抑制自由基反应,提高抗氧化酶活性及清除老化产物有关
Objective To explore the mechanism of Jiawei Wendan decoction on aging. Methods The subacute aging model of D-galactose rat was used to observe the anti-aging effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction. Subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (48mg/Kg) for 40 days could increase MAO activity in brain tissue (P<0.05), increase LPF content in liver (P<0.05), and increase blood GSH levels. -Px activity decreased (P<0.01). Injecting D-galactose at the same time by gavage Jiawei Wendan Decoction (φ(crude drug)=18.5g/kg) can inhibit the increase of liver LPF (P<0.05) and the increase of brain MAO activity in model animals. (P<0.01), increased blood GSH-Px activity (P<0.01). Tips Warming soup has anti-aging effects. Its mechanism of action may be related to its inhibition of free radical reactions, increase of antioxidant enzyme activity and elimination of aging products
