目的:对免疫复方活性部位中的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶色谱等方法,分离纯化免疫复方中的化学成分。结果:从免疫复方活性部位分离得到16个化学成分,分别为隐丹参酮,丹参酮Ⅰ,二氢丹参酮Ⅰ,丹参酮ⅡA,邻羟基苯甲酸,阿魏酸,对羟基苯甲酸,咖啡酸,原儿茶酸,7-羟基-6-甲氧基-香豆素,没食子酸,绿原酸,对羟基香豆酸,原儿茶醛,苯甲酸,邻苯二酚。结论:以上16个化合物均为首次从免疫复方中分离得到。
Objective: To systematically study the chemical constituents in the immunocompetent active site. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography and gel chromatography and other methods were used to separate and purify the chemical components of immune compound. Results: Sixteen chemical constituents were isolated from active sites of immunocompetent compounds, including cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ A, o-hydroxybenzoic acid, ferulic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, caffeic acid, Acid, 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-coumarin, gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, p-hydroxycoumaric acid, protocatechuic acid, benzoic acid, catechol. Conclusion: The above 16 compounds were isolated from immune compound for the first time.
