为了研究RAP(回收沥青路面材料)的掺量对温拌再生沥青混合料的影响,通过设计不同RAP旧料掺量(0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%和60%)的AC-16温拌再生沥青混合料,并就再生混合料的最佳沥青用量、拌和压实温度以及路用性能进行试验。试验结果表明,总的沥青用量随着RAP掺量的增加而增加,而最佳新沥青用量随着RAP掺量的增加而减少;温拌剂的温拌效果随着RAP掺量的增加而减弱;温再生混合料的路用性能在RAP掺量为40%~50%时变化加剧,最终确定温拌再生沥青混合料的RAP掺量宜控制40%~50%。
In order to study the influence of RAP (recycled asphalt pavement material) content on warm mix recycled asphalt mixture, different RAP content (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% %) Of AC-16 warm mix recycled asphalt mixture, and the optimum amount of recycled mixture asphalt, mixing compaction temperature and road performance test. The results showed that the total asphalt content increased with the increase of RAP content, and the best new asphalt dosage decreased with the increase of RAP content. The warm mix effect of warm mix agent decreased with the increase of RAP content . The road performance of warm recycled mixture is aggravated when the content of RAP is 40% ~ 50%. Finally, the RAP content of warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture should be controlled 40% ~ 50%.
