随着我国热处理技术的迅速发展,RJJ型井式气体渗碳炉已经被大中小工厂广泛应用,并且已经成为各厂用来达到渗碳、碳氮共渗等工艺要求的主要设备之一。 我厂共有六台这一类型的设备,通过较长时间使用,我们对井式气体渗碳炉某些结构作了一些改进,以满足工艺和产品质量的要求。特别对风扇轴的密封问题,我们改为活塞环式密封装置后,通过三年多实践证明,这一结构基本解决了风扇轴漏气和由此造成质量不稳定的现象。
With the rapid development of heat treatment technology in our country, RJJ-type gas carburizing furnace has been widely used by medium, small and medium-sized factories and has become one of the major equipment used by various plants to meet the requirements of carburizing and carbonitriding. Our factory has a total of six sets of this type of equipment, through a longer period of use, we made some improvements to some of the well-gas carburizing furnace structure to meet the process and product quality requirements. In particular, the sealing of the fan shaft, we changed to piston ring seal, after more than three years of practice proved that this structure basically solved the fan shaft leakage and the resulting quality instability phenomenon.
