用5%四氧嘧啶水溶液170mg/kg给SD大鼠皮下注射。24小时后重复注射一次。实验组血糖值持续超过28mmol/L。两周末取颌下腺作电镜观察。实验组颗粒曲管上皮细胞呈现坏死变化。主要表现为核固缩和膜结构的破坏,多数线粒体肿胀,嵴变短、稀疏,甚至消失。与对照组相比,实验组空泡状线粒体的体积密度显著增加(P<0.01)。RER池扩张、脱颗粒,其体积密度较对照组有显著增加(P<0.05)。多数细胞分泌颗粒消失。它们的体积密度比对照组减少(P<0.001)。结果表明四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠颌下腺颗粒曲管上皮细胞呈显著的病理变化。

The results showed that alloxan diabetic rat submandibular gland granular curved epithelial cells showed significant pathological changes.
