由于教育资源短缺,学生众多,许多学校都是采取大班授课形式进行教学。在实践中,教师经常忽视学生个体动机、目的、习惯、智力发展水平等差异,造成严重的两级分化现象。简单地对待全班“平等”教学,显然很难实现成绩的普遍提高。为此,重视学生个体差异,因材施教,有针对性地将不同教学内容传授给学生,极其必要。
