系统地论述了平行四边形机构在抽油杆自动检测生产线上用于抽油杆定率(定时定量)传输的关键技术问题:1.自由度分析,保证实现确定的运动;2.运动的协调性,保证实现准确、可靠的定率传输;3.受力分析,为结构设计和优化计算提供力学依据;4.上、下杆的衔接,保证生产线的正常运行;5.参数优化计算,保证在满足结构要求的条件下机构受力最好。平行四边形机构的应用已在生产中获得成功。
This paper systematically discusses the key technical problems of the parallelogram mechanism in the automatic detection of sucker rod production line for the sucker rod fixed rate (timing quantitative) transmission: 1. Analysis of degrees of freedom, to ensure the realization of certain movements; 2. Coordination of movement, to ensure accurate and reliable transfer rate; 3. Stress analysis, provide mechanical basis for structural design and optimization calculation; 4. Upper and lower rod convergence, to ensure the normal operation of the production line; 5. Parameter optimization calculation, to ensure that the structure under the conditions of the best mechanical stress. The application of the parallelogram mechanism has been successful in production.
