目的探讨历代含细辛汤剂中细辛的常用剂量。方法收集“中医方证研究与新药开发决策服务平台”中历代含细辛的汤剂,根据《中国科学技术史·度量衡卷》将古代剂量单位折算成公制单位后,构建细辛方数据库,采用SPSS 19.0统计细辛在历代文献中的剂量分布。结果共筛选出373首含细辛的汤剂,细辛的常用剂量在汉代为20~30 g或40~50 g,晋唐时期为9~30 g,南北朝时期为40~50 g,宋代为9~20 g,明清时期为3~5 g,民国时期在3 g以下。历代细辛的总体常用剂量为1.85~13.75 g。结论细辛内服常用剂量为1.85~13.75 g,中药常用剂量的确定应当基于对历代中医方剂文献药物计量学的统计和分析。
Objective To study the commonly used dosages of Asarum in Asarum containing Decoction. Methods After collecting ancient asiatics-containing decoctions in “TCM Symptomatic Research and New Drug Development Decision Service Platform”, the ancient dose units were converted into metric units according to “History of Science and Technology in China” , The use of SPSS 19.0 statistical Asarum dose distribution in the literature. Results A total of 373 asarum-containing decoctions were screened. The common doses of Asarum were 20-30 g or 40-50 g in the Han Dynasty, 9-30 g in the Jin and Tang Dynasties and 40-50 g in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. 9 ~ 20 g, Ming and Qing Dynasties for the 3 ~ 5 g, Republic of China in the period below 3 g. The general dose of Asarum successive generations of 1.85 ~ 13.75 g. Conclusion The common dose of Asarum oral is 1.85 ~ 13.75 g. The determination of common dose of traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the statistics and analysis of drug metrology of traditional Chinese medicine literature.
