自国务院《地方志工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)、《新疆维吾尔自治区实施〈地方志工作条例〉办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)颁布以来,伊犁州直地方志工作机构采取有效措施,编辑出版可信、可读、可用、可看的精品佳志和地情资料,加大宣传贯彻落实《条例》力度,地方志工作由靠行政推动逐步走向法制化轨道。第二轮修志有序推进,年鉴工作全面展开,编纂规划、质量标准逐渐规范,地方志事业呈现出蓬勃发展的良好局面。 Since the promulgation of the State Council’s Local Records Working Regulations (hereafter referred to as the “Regulations”) and the “Measures for the Implementation of Local Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures for the Implementation of Local Records”) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, effective measures have been taken to edit and publish Credible, readable, usable and accessible quality goods and information on the situation, step up publicity to implement the “Regulations” efforts, local history work by administrative push gradually toward the legal system orbit. The second round of revision was carried out in an orderly manner, the yearbook was in full swing, the planning of compilation, the gradual standardization of quality standards, and the endeavor in local history showed a vigorous development.
