1.挑选最优秀的成员作为管理者,只有团队成员优秀,才能表明你也优秀。从一开始就挑选最优秀的成员会使自己成功的机会更大一点。2.做个擅长鼓舞士气的人并构建自己的团队人们做好工作是为了得到报酬,或良好的名誉,或他人的认可。若他们的工作完成得不好,是因为他们既想轻松又想得到报酬。若要更有效地鼓舞你的成员,你需要找出他们想要什么,以及他们做了你期望的事情后,你能如何给予他们想要的奖励。
