目的:测定中药莱菔子中芥子碱的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳条件为石英毛细管柱(75μm×90cm,实际长度81cm),运行缓冲液为0.02mol/L Na2HPO4:0.02mol/L NaH2PO4=1:1(25℃时pH=6.89),分离电压为25kV,压力进样30mbar×8s,温度为25℃,检测波长为326nm。结果:芥子碱在0.2~1.0mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.50%,RSD为1.21%。结论:高效毛细管电泳法可用于测定莱菔子中芥子碱的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of sinapine in Radix Astragali. Methods: High performance capillary electrophoresis was used. The electrophoresis conditions were quartz capillary column (75μm × 90cm, actual length 81cm), running buffer 0.02mol / L Na2HPO4: 0.02mol / L NaH2PO4 = 1: 1 ), The separation voltage of 25kV, pressure injection 30mbar × 8s, a temperature of 25 ℃, detection wavelength of 326nm. Results: Sinapine had a good linearity (r = 0.9995) in the range of 0.2-1.0 mg / mL with an average recovery of 99.50% and a RSD of 1.21%. Conclusion: High performance capillary electrophoresis can be used to determine the content of sinapine in Radish.
