同一事由在立卷整理中的应用和不同事由在客体全宗中的应用构成现代“事由原则”的两个层次。事由原则是档案整理历史原则中不可或缺的一部分。因此,事由是历史联系的一维表征,在现代档案实践中应与来源具有同等地位。
The same matter by the application of the legislation and the application of different causes in the object fonds constitute the two levels of modern “principle of cause ”. The principle of cause is an indispensable part of the historical principle of archiving. Therefore, the cause is a one-dimensional representation of historical ties and should have the same status as a source in the practice of modern archives.
