为探讨职业焦虑、组织支持感与农民工工作满意度之间的关系,并为相关研究提供参考依据,整群随机抽取安徽省建筑工地和民营企业的农民工,应用焦虑自评量表、工作满意度量表和组织支持感量表对其进行测量。结果表明:农民工职业焦虑与工作满意度呈负相关关系,组织支持感在职业焦虑与工作满意度的关系中起到部分中介作用,与工作满意度呈正相关,农民工工作满意度一般,职业焦虑以组织支持感为中介对农民工工作满意度具有负向预测作用,农民工组织支持感的提高及职业焦虑水平的降低,可以提高其工作满意度。
In order to explore the relationship between occupational anxiety, organizational support and job satisfaction of migrant workers, and to provide a reference for the relevant research, the cluster randomly selected migrant workers in construction sites and private enterprises in Anhui Province, using self-rating anxiety scale, working Satisfaction Scale and Organizational Support Scale measure it. The results show that there is a negative correlation between job anxiety and job satisfaction of migrant workers. Organizational support plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between job anxiety and job satisfaction, and is positively correlated with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of migrant workers is generally high, Anxiety with organizational supportiveness as a mediator negatively predicts the job satisfaction of migrant workers. The improvement of migrant workers’ organizational support and the reduction of occupational anxiety can improve their job satisfaction.
