文章以情报接受规律的基本特征为逻辑起点,论述了情报接受活动所遵循的3条基本规律,即情报接受需要的优势递进规律,情报接受的自由度拓展与收缩规律和情报接受的目标状态与现实状态的矛盾运动规律。文章认为,研究情报接受活动中的基本规律,有助于我们认识情报接受的本质及其特征;有助于开拓思路,提高情报接受素质。我们可以从研究情报接受的规律中获得方法论的启迪。
The article takes the basic characteristics of the law of information reception as the logical starting point, and discusses the three basic rules followed by intelligence reception activities, namely the law of advancement of the advantages needed for information reception, the expansion and contraction of the freedom of information reception, and the target state of intelligence acceptance And the reality of the law of contradiction movement.
