宝齐·鑫城国际位于山城十堰中心城区,用地现状交通不畅、地形复杂、街巷拥挤、低矮破旧民房密集、与所在区域城市风貌格格不入,是个典型的山地旧城改造项目。文章结合该项目的规划设计,提出营造山地“BLOCK复合型街区”的概念,为特殊环境下的旧城改造项目,提供参考。 Baoqi Xincheng International is located in the central city of Shiyan in the mountainous city. The current land-use situation is not smooth, the terrain is complex, the streets are crowded, the dilapidated low-rise residential houses are densely populated and are incompatible with the urban style of the area where they live. Combined with the planning and design of the project, the article proposes to create the concept of “BLOCK compound block” in mountainous area and provide references for the reconstruction project of old city in special environment.
