大孔吸附树脂-HPLC法测定栀子金花丸中栀子甙的含量

目的:为排除其他成分的干扰,准确、快速地测定复方中药制剂中的桅子甙。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂(DA-101)吸附样品,以水洗脱除去干扰成分,以50%乙醇洗脱液用于反相高效液相色谱法测定。结果:桅子甙含量测定线性范围0.13-2.08μg,加样回收率98.15%,RSD 1.36%。结论:大孔吸附树脂法是一种快速、准确及效率较高的提取方法,可供HPLC测定桅子甙含量。 Objective: To eliminate the interference of other components, accurate and rapid determination of wolfberry fruit in compound Chinese medicine preparations. Methods: The sample was adsorbed by macroporous adsorption resin (DA-101), and the interference component was removed by elution with water. The elution solution was 50% ethanol for reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: The linear range of the content of Gardenia jasminoides was 0.13-2.08μg, the recovery rate of sample added was 98.15%, RSD was 1.36%. Conclusion: The macroporous resin adsorption method is a rapid, accurate and efficient extraction method for HPLC determination of jatropha stramonium content.
