研究了VCp/Fe复合材料在紧固件冷镦模中的应用。结果表明,由于VC增强颗粒的强化作用,VCp/Fe复合材料在铸态就具有较好的力学性能。通过适当的强韧化处理,综合力学性能大幅度提高。与Cr12Mo V材质的锻造冷镦模具相比,VCp/Fe复合材料冷镦模的使用寿命延长了50%~60%,而且简化了制造工序,缩短了制造周期,降低了制造成本。
The application of VCp / Fe composite in the cold heading die of fasteners was studied. The results show that VCp / Fe composites have good mechanical properties in as-cast condition due to the strengthening effect of VC particles. Through the appropriate toughening treatment, comprehensive mechanical properties increased significantly. Compared with the Cr12Mo V forged cold heading die, the service life of the cold heading die of the VCp / Fe composite material is increased by 50% -60%, and the manufacturing process is simplified, the manufacturing cycle is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
