一、问题的提出我国钢中非金属夹杂物显微评定法是沿用苏联ГОСТ1778-42标准演变形成的。这在一定历史时期,对钢材生产和检验起到很大作用。随着生产的发展,“对外开放,对内搞活经济”的需要,钢材要打入国际市场,质量要提高,我国就必须积极采用国际先进标准,对目前标准进行改革。本文就是探讨我国钢中非金属夹杂物检验标准,应该采用哪一个国际先进标准,以及采用后在我国生产检验中是否可行。
First, the issue put forward China’s non-metallic inclusions in steel microscopic assessment method is to follow the Soviet Union ГОСТ1778-42 standard evolved. This in a certain historical period, the steel production and testing played a significant role. With the development of production, the need of “opening up to the outside world and invigorating the economy internally”, the quality of steel to enter the international market must be enhanced. Our country must adopt internationally advanced standards and reform the current standards. This article is to explore China’s non-metallic inclusions in steel inspection standards, which should adopt an advanced international standards, as well as the adoption of the test in our country is feasible.
