系统地研究了01420Al-Li合金在欠时效和峰时效两种状态下的抗蚀性。结果表明:在晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀、盐雾腐蚀和应力腐蚀实验中,欠时效状态的抗蚀性均优于峰时效状态。合金抗蚀性的变化主要归因于S相析出的数量和分布不同。随着S相析出数量的增多及由晶界分布过渡到晶界和晶内分布,合金的抗蚀性逐渐下降。
The corrosion resistance of 01420Al-Li alloy under both under-aging and peak-aging conditions was studied systematically. The results show that in the intergranular corrosion, exfoliation corrosion, salt spray corrosion and stress corrosion experiments, the corrosion resistance of the under-aged state is better than the peak-aging state. The variation of corrosion resistance of alloy is mainly attributed to the different amount and distribution of S phase precipitation. With the increase of precipitation amount of S phase and the transition from grain boundary to grain boundary and intragranular distribution, the corrosion resistance of the alloy gradually decreases.
