在分析了国内外制取蠕虫状石墨铸铁的方法及其存在问题后,根据国内资源情况和工厂的生产条件,提出了采用稀土镁钛复合变质剂制取蠕虫状石墨铸铁的方法。这种方法是利用球化与反球化元素在形成石墨的过程中相互制约,使之既不能形成球状石墨也不能形成片状石墨,而稳定地获得蠕虫状石墨。试验结果表明,凡是有生产球墨铸铁能力的单位,采用稀土镁钛复合变质剂,均可方便和稳定地制取蠕
After analyzing the method and its existing problems of producing worm-like graphite cast iron both at home and abroad, according to the domestic resources and the production conditions of the factory, a method of preparing worm-like graphite cast iron with rare earth magnesium-titanium composite modifier was proposed. This method utilizes the spherical and anti-nodulizing elements to restrict each other during the process of forming graphite, so that both spherical graphite and flaky graphite can not be formed, and vermicular graphite can be stably obtained. Test results show that any production of ductile iron capacity of the unit, the use of rare earth magnesium composite modifier, can be easily and steadily prepared by the system
