田湾核电站采用水润滑轴承,在核电厂运行中轴承释热率一直偏高,轴瓦存在较严重的磨损。针对主泵轴承的出现的问题,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法分析主泵轴承动静轴瓦之间微小空间内流体的流动特性和压力分析。分析表明:主泵轴承释热率偏高和频繁磨损的根本原因是轴承室空化汽蚀;空化汽蚀的发生是由局部区域的流动加速效应引起的。
Tianwan Nuclear Power Station using water lubricated bearings, bearings in the operation of nuclear power plant heat release rate has been high, the bearing there is more serious wear and tear. Aiming at the problems of the main pump bearing, CFD method was used to analyze the flow characteristics and pressure analysis of the fluid in the tiny space between the main bearing and the main bearing. The analysis shows that the root cause of the high heat release rate and frequent wear of the main pump bearing is the cavitation cavitation in the bearing chamber. The cavitation cavitation is caused by the flow acceleration effect in the local area.
