本文报告采用滤纸片免疫放射法(IRMA)测定青海省西宁市及海东地区6143例新生儿脐带血TSH值的结果。结果表明:西宁市及海东地区新生儿TSH>5μIU/m1,比率均占调查总数的30%以上,说明西宁市和海东地区新生儿均存在不同程度的碘缺乏。同时反映出两地区人群处于缺腆状态,经x2检验,西宁市及海东地区新生儿脐带血TSH值无显著差异(P>0.05)。
This article reports the results of filter paper immunosorbent assay (IRMA) determination of cord blood TSH in 6143 newborns in Xining City and Haidong District of Qinghai Province. The results showed that the TSH> 5μIU / m1 ratio of newborns in Xining City and Haidong Region accounted for more than 30% of the total number of surveys, indicating that there are different degrees of iodine deficiency in newborns of Xining and Haidong. At the same time, it showed that the population in the two regions was in a state of absence. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in TSH of neonatal cord blood between Xining and Haidong by x2 test.
